Dodgers spend more to win more

Dear MLB.

What are you going to do to stop the domination of the Los Angeles Dodgers?
How are the best of the rest prepared to stop the best in the west?
The answer is unclear.
The Dodgers signing closer Tanner Scott to a four-year, $72 million contract fresh off the back of the Roki Sasaki deal makes a statement that the Dodgers are expected to dominate baseball for a while.
They just keep picking up the big pieces when it matters. There was talk of the Dodgers being in for the big off-season, free agent, Juan Soto , a $600 million contract was supposed to be on the table initially according to some. However, that is where the deal stayed, as Soto representatives were after $700 million and more, eventually settling with the New York Mets for a 15-year, $760 million deal.
The Dodgers are going all in and it appears they aren't bothered with the Competitive Balance Tax protocols, they have gone past that limit. A sport that has no wage limit, the Dodgers, the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Philles lead the wage structure. The Dodgers only collected their second World Series since 1988, I say only, they have to win more now, they've paid enough.
